Technical Support Engineer (Software & Systems)

Nedoya Teknoloji Hizmetleri Ltd. Şti. is seeking a highly motivated Technical Support Engineer with strong expertise in software troubleshooting and server systems. The role requires providing high-quality support to international and local enterprise clients, especially in environments involving both infrastructure and custom-built applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L2/L3 technical support for global clients
• Configure and troubleshoot Windows Server services (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, etc.)
• Support web-based applications and client-server architectures
• Handle application-level support, database queries (MSSQL, MySQL), and system diagnostics
• Maintain and update system and application documentation
• Follow up incidents and requests in line with SLAs
• Communicate effectively with international teams (written & verbal)

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical-Electronics Engineering, or related fields
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in system or software support
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, Active Directory, etc.)
• Familiar with web technologies and database fundamentals
• Experience in PowerShell or equivalent scripting is a plus
• Solid problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Fluency in English is mandatory
• Proficiency in a second language such as German or Spanish is highly preferred
• Willingness to travel domestically or internationally when required
