We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our Technical Service Department.

Job Description

  • Installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of PVC and Aluminum processing machines at customer sites.
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and software-related faults.
  • Provide on-site training and technical support to customer operators.
  • Prepare service reports, record them in the system, and ensure proper feedback.
  • Collaborate with spare parts, R&D, and engineering teams to meet customer needs.
  • Comply with occupational health and safety regulations, representing the company’s quality and customer satisfaction standards in the field.
  • Manage customer relations professionally and act as the technical representative of the company.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial machinery or automation systems.
  • Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems; CNC and PLC familiarity is a strong plus.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and engineering drawings.
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken).
  • No travel restrictions — must be able to travel domestically and internationally.
  • Strong communication, analytical thinking, and customer-oriented problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing conditions.
  • For male candidates: military service must be completed or deferred for at least 2 years.
  • Resident on the European side of Istanbul.
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license.
